Cancelation and Modification policy

Guest can cancel or modify reservation free of charge until 15 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night plus applicable taxes if they cancel or modify reservation past that 15 day window. A no-show guest will be charged the full price of the reservation.  

Group reservations' cancellation or modification requires a 30 days notice or guests will be charged one night plus applicable taxes.

Winter month stay reservations require a non-refundable deposit, deposit is calculated depending on room cost and is refunded at the end of the scheduled stay of months. For full deposit return, it is expected that the room is left in same conditions as provided at the beginning of the stay.
